I guess you can say that. For a turbo application backpressure is never an issue since the turbo provides all the backpressure you need. So no cats, large as possible is the goal for the most part. NA it gets more complicated, and I wouldn't say theres a set-in-stone best setup. Its sort of give and take. Max HP is going to take away from torque down low. If I had an NA I would probably just run a setup from RB, maybe not even a header. Their racepipe setup is nice, sounds good and will give good gains.
