There is a reason not a lot of people run superchargers on Hondas.

If you want to spend 1500-3000 for 14's.. that's your thing.

Personally, I'd go turbo and keep the boost at wastegate setting. A meisly 50 trim, on 7-8psi would do niecly to put you in the low 14's.
