Just get yourself a bearing splitter to remove the bearing race from the hub. You can buy one here for about $13.

Also, everyone needs to be aware that you'll need various sized press heads in order to work on the different sized components of the knuckle. I ended up going to Sears and just getting some three-quarter inch drive sockets. At around $15 bucks a pop, and me needing four different sizes, it did get a little bit expensive. But regardless, in the long run it's cheaper than going and having someone else press the bearings in for ya.
