Using those parts will save atleast $3000-$4000 dollars or more over having to go towards the aftermarketfor those parts. Making a motor like this more and more accessable to us little folks on a budget.
I am very certain Tysons Mustang motor was much cheaper than what this GM build cost. I have talked to his friend and tuning buddy and they have very little in that motor. Yes they have a $1200 block but the factory one will not hold, not their fault. Other than that they did all the work themsleves and on a very small budget. Heck I have a magzine article laying around here from a few years ago when he was only in the 9's and the article was centered more around that he had $5,000 into the whole car (including th car

) than the fact it was the first turbo blow thru that really ran good. What is amazing is he is now in the 7's with 347 cubes and is currently building a bigger motor but I can't talk about that one.
Not taking away from this guys big numbers but just wanted to shed some light on what you said.
And my moods are completely centered around how you guys reply, you answer with a anus full of corn cobb you get the same in return, just remember that.
