I would have no problem running an Eagle crank and rods.
Many of the top manufacturers (not all) get thier forgings from the same places. The differences in cost is usually in the inspection procedures and machining processes.
But of course your not limited to Eagle...there are other reasonably prices cranks...Callies and several others. The point is you can use a $500 block, $150 head castings, $300 intake, and $50 truck manifolds to help offset the cost of such a high HP build. Other things will still cost like the Big Stuff 3 $2200, turbo, intercooler and all the rest of the high dollar stuff.
Overall its a fairly basic setup that could be duplicated by someone with roughly a $15k budget give or take a few thousand.
