This isn't a problem if you replace the problematic seals in your engine!

Almost every KA that is ~10 years old needs it's front and rear main seals replaced, as well as the valve cover gasket. Past that, it's not too often that they get bad valve guide seals, I suppose people that beat the living hell out of them will wear them out quicker, combined with not changing your oil ever, but my motor burns / consumes no oil at all, and everyone knows it's NOT exactly the healthiest KA out there. (only 150whp / 160Ttq)
