There is a Turbo Type R here in Lakeland. I ran against him about a month or so ago in the 1/8 (Lakeland). He was running street tires and ran a 9.1 to my 9.0. I heard him spinning the whole way down the track so I know it could be faster.
Just putting a turbo on one doesnt make it fast...it takes good tuning the get the car running right! 
He was there again last night running low 9s. Hell I guess you would have to have awd to get traction at Lakeland. I know I spin like hell there. I was running mid-low 9s in my Si.
I never go out there anymore. That track is a joke. They never prep the track and having to wait for people in 4-wheelers to run just kills me.
On a side note Ive never seen a civic out there run mid-to-low 9s. Have I seen your car before?
Yeah youve seen it before. This is Scott with the blue Si. Used to have graphics on the front(but no longer). I just got nitrous on it and I was out there thursday testing it out. Ran a 9.319 on that suck ass track.
BTW not just 4-wheelers there were snowmobiles out there the other night.
