Its totally possible with cam timing ignition timing but you know what...I REALLY DOUBT IT. Hey just to dispel the rumors why dont you call up John and ask him. Hes a very straight up guy that does beautiful work. I dont think they would go detuning motors if you went in there looking for high HP numbers. Now if you asked them to Im sure they WOULD but thats a different story.
