my main reason for preferring the 5 speed over the 6 speed is cost.. the STi 6 speeds are very expensive to swap in over here.. its a reasonably common swap.. but the 5 speeds were made from like 94-01 and are still used in most of subarus cars today (Forrester XT, Legacy GT and the current WRX) .. not to mention all the older WRX's STis.. just looking at it from that stand point making at least a kit to modify the 5 speeds would be nice as there are potentially alot more of those around.

Chuck.. yeah TR people are cheap pricks on the whole.. lol.. i was mainly referring to the fact that not alot of people on here could afford a $7500+ T56 for their car..
