but there is the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
that says that if they deny your warranty they have to technically write up how the aftermarket part CAUSED the problem. they cant just say that your warranty is void JUST because you have an aftermarket part.

so i mean if its happening on cars that arent boosted or modified and there is actually a tech service bulletin out...how can they tell me that the turbo caused the issue in this case?
