how about NO. For your vehicle to move forward, it must displace the air around it. The top and sides are unobstructed and provide a relatively free path. If your vehicle is reasonably high off the ground, the underside provides an air path as well. If you lower it, I think you'll make your mileage worse.
how about NO... the lower your vehcile the less vehicle it has exposed to the air and the less goes under your vehicle..
