Hahaha, no shit! I started out not being able to change a spark plug. Let's just say I can do a hell of a lot more than that now, because my car has forced me to. I'm still a noob- I won't consider myself a halfway-competent mechanic until I successfully rebuild my spare shortblock, and some sort of tranny work, something like a quaife front lsd install (I want to leave the tranny rebuild to jerry because I want it to shift better when it's done, not worse ). Oh, and rewiring an entire car the right way, all of the wiring work I've done on this car has been completely halfassed. But the ultimate test will be figuring out the misfire that's plagued my car for... is it 5 months, now? 3 of which I wasn't driving the car anyway, but it's time.
