He's from Melbourne, has a Galant VR4 that he bought not running, it sat at his house for over a year, he had it running for a month, went thru 2 or 3 motors in that month, and it's been down since. Ian enjoys talking shit and not having a running car. He seems to bounce around the state, finding different groups of people to hang out with him untill they realize what kind of a tard he is.
