both are forced induction so humidity, altitude, etc. is going to affect both. bolting on a new item, say, cams, is going to cause both to need to be tuned. both require a/f to be monitored and controlled, as well as timing, fuel pressure, oil pressure. the only difference is a supercharger is set at a psi and left so tuning fixes it on that point, turbo can vary boost on the fly so tuning has to take that into account.
as insanecivicsedan stated any good standalone will acount for this, hondata, I believe uberdata, aem ems, to name a few.
one thing to keep in mind is if you add either to your car and the car has not had a recent tune up ( normal tune up, like plugs cleaned and gapped, air filter replaced or cleaned, oil and filter change.) then when you tune you are tuning for a less than best engine and when you do those things later then you mess with the forced induction tune. do all the basic tune up stuff before the boosted tune up, and this is for either setup.
