Well, a good tune is better than bolt ons! Any ways, the adjustable FPR is a good thing. I think you can get a cheap fuel pressure guage from Summit for $20. That is a must in my book! I think it should be set around 32lbs at idle. (But I'm old and can't remember that off the top of my head...
)
The ported intake will help you out as well. What size TB are you running? 65 is all you should need, so don't go bigger!!
On your times, what were your 60's before the tire change? Less side wall doesn't help the short times. Also, was 76mph from before and after the head+cam swap? You didn't see any MPH change
