got roadrunner back in 99. i think we were like the first 10 residences in lakeland to get it. since then, we've been through about 6 boxes. thing is, they usually give you another USED one, so if it's anything like the one's that have been in my house, they've been thrown against the wall in anger, and been bitchslapped on many occasions out of frustration. (those plastic cases are damn sturdy though)

finally i got sick of the ghetto bitch on the phone and said bring a friggin guy out and the guy that came out was one of the few that knew what he was doing. hooked up his gimmick, i showed him the attic and then he went outside and found some line troubles. fixed a splitter connection and have been online since (going on like 2 months or so)

RR sucks as far as customer service and reliability, 6 months is about tops for your connection to last. then it starts going offline for about an hour then three hours then all afternoon. then it just dies everytime you try to get online.

i hope we get something better out here. i miss the 'ole days back at UCF with their 'big brother' watching me and the shitty 10baseT ethernet.
