well, i have narrowed it down to 2 things..

1. i didnt tighten down my oil pan bolt when i changed the oil, so it leaked out, causing it to knock, and spin the baring..

2. my car burns some major oill, burned all the oil and spun the baring.. lol

im sure its 1 of the 2 lol
