You are not getting this "putt putt" noise... arggh! I wonder what it could be, it can't be because I don't have the intake installed yet can it? 100% Sure it's not the EGR valve, I haven't been able to tighten the bolts on the header yet..i'll let u know if the noise stops. If it doesn't...dunno what can cause it? Was his nissan a ka24de?
