well since theres metal you might have to rebuild the motor with new bearings. same thing happened to my car on my old twice cam. take your cam out and check to see if the cam journals are scored as well as the cam shaft from metal shavings. next time you put a cam bolt back in make sure the threads in the cam shaft as well as on the bolt are completely clean and dry. dont know if its the same trq spec as the 2cam but i trq my bolts to 140ft lbs after i apply blue loctite.
