you can remove the top bolt (adjusting bolt) of the alternator and then take your hands or a large screw driver to move the alternator enough to put the new belt on without even taking the bottom bolt off but yeah it is a bitch to get off especially if you took an impact gun to install all your accessories onto your motor before putting it back into the car arrrrgggggghhhhh.
