What time frame are we looking at? End of August sound good to everyone or what? I'd say if we meet around noon make somewhere where you can stay cool under a pavillon or something, like you guys said. Is it going to be like a BBQ or something? But most parks close by dark so if you meet at 6 it doesn't give you a whole hell of alot of time. But how long will people realistically going to stay? If the meet is too long I can see people showing up and leaving early and people getting there late and no one getting to actually meet people as much. So say a 2 hour meet or so? Or an all day BBQ thing?
