I have a "Neon" and what I did not know is the hood scoop IS functional. The 2 thin ducts inside the hood blow down directly on the turbo/heat shield so I would imagine that a LOT off air is blowing down at 155.
I had mine up to 145 briefly. I did not know I was even going that fast... I mean I knew I was speeding but not soooo deep into triple digits 
Kool i dident know they had that either.
