well from a LAW standpoint, they had no right to take thier camera.....also a cop cannot take a bystanders word on WHO broke the law because they arent officers....until the ding dong gave up the tape it was all just hear-say........just like a person can do a whole lot of JACK SHIT if they have your tag number, cause you could be the angry ex-girlfriend who calls it in as wreckless driving, all the mean time you are at home asleep..........
