You seem to think you know a lot about me, trust me, you don't. My car has spray, I know nothing about street racing, get real, and get off my nuts. I care nothing about a ladder system, and I care nothing about people asking for advatages to race. Goes back to the old phrase,,,run what you brung and hope you brought enough. Don't ask for 5 handicaps, just find slower cars to race. I am not going to ask Al to put on 4 spare tires, start in 4th gear, and only go half throttle to race me. As for money, finish your car and give me a call
