Default High pitched squeal

On my ka twice cam at around 4500-5000rpm there is this high pitched squeal. It isn't the belts, I jut tightened those not long ago, and it isn't the water pump because that just got replaced a few months ago. My dad might think it's a dead bearing or something. I also just replaced the water pump belt too. We left the other one alone since it looked ok. what do you think it is? I searched for this problem, but didn't hear anything about a KA doing it.

When I push my car for extended periods of time, like a 2 or so hour drift session, it will start to have a fluxuating idle and start missing a little bit. My spark plug tube gasket started leaking a while ago, and leaked oil all in the tubes, but I have since replaced the gaskets and it's doing just fine. I was thinking of upgrading the ignition system a little with some better wires, better plugs or something to maybe help the problem. The plugs are in good shape, and all the fluids are good.

My rear wheels and tires have some killer neg. camber on them, since I just got my HE's installed. Can an alignment shop fix stuff with like -5* camber without the aid of RUCA?

Thanks,
