I put on a 2G mas, took off IC pipes made hard pipes, and then put them back on. Made sure that all my sensors were in then I unhooked my battery for a while and put it all back togther. I put the cat back on (Idunno it seems to like it) It runs STRONG. No more wheel hop like with the 14b . (can't get enough traction for wheels to hop) the wheel wants to torque to the right all the time 1-3rd. I have to make sure its pointed in the right direction or Ill crash like I almost did the other night on the test run. It pulls REAL hard until about 9psi (not to be confused with 9psi on a 14b) 8psi feels like 15psi on an 14b on this turbo. Then it seems to let off. My guess is... it was one of a few things

Opening up the exhaust eliminated back pressure allowed for more air to enter the engine. Having a bigger turbo without a matching IC made the car retard the timing because of the increase of hotter air/volume. Which means I need a FMIC

Boost leak? Well the IC pipes had to go (stock) I made hard pipes to improve air flow. I did not bead the ends on the pipes yet. So it may be leaking.

Dissconnecting the battery. Well after adding all of the stuff I did over the past few days I felt the ECU may have need to be reset with new values. Everything seems to be runnng a bit better, but... I wanna get it past 9psi and see what it runs like.

On a positive note on my test run today I ran a G35 coupe from a stop... I spun like a monkey in second but when it hooked up... that G35 was a distant memory. I have bugs to work out, but things are looking much better.
