The only difference between the three is ECU programing.

To the best of my knowledge yes they are the same. As a rule of thumb the VQ series will be indentical between the Nissan and Infiniti brands. You may have a slight difference between the blocks that are horizontially as opposed to the longitudinally(sp?) mounted ones. So the swap, without acc., should be identical.


Keep in mind i do not have first hand experience with a swap of this kind. Only a lot of knowledge of people that do tool around with these kinds of cars every day. Hope that helps somewhat.
