When I went down to the DMV they checked about 3 seperate times to make sure I was over 21. (idiots had my liscense in front of them lol)

So, I'm assuming that you have to be over 21 or else have a parent with you if you are under to get the permit.

And, yes, you take the computer test and if you pass they give you your permit. And I think the permit is good for 3 months...by that point you gotta pass the driving test down there or another way is to take the MSF course to get your liscense.
