Just what do you mean by that sentance? It comes across as having champagne taste, but only a beer pocket book. Others might take that as looking to lowball deals. If you want a nice bike for 3k you will either need to look at a mid 90's bike, or find some person that has a bad coke habit and needs a fix. Good luck either way.
