That looks like it came off of a ford powerstroke diesel engine. The exhaust wheel looks like it spind opposite of most turbo's which is why they are hard to upgrade. Thats what charlie at cmr told me if I remember correctly.
no, that is not a powerless stroke turbo, it is the "standard style" that is VERy upgradable
