I think my blown rear shocks are really screwing up my weight transfer too. It's tricky to lose rear traction in this thing because the front is stiff, the back is soft.

tell you what. just get rid of the leaf springs all together and go with a independent rear strut suspension.
well i just figured out how to consistantly get my dodge ram 1500 4x4 sideways and this is the full size truck thats stocker than anything. well first off it only gets sideways in the rain cause it so huge, no rear weight, and no lsd. but i just gave it enough gas to brake traction and didnt really push the throttle any further. gave me great control and actually slid. i was only going about 20mph. didnt just spin the tires and go straight from too much throttle.
