Let me also state for the record this whole experience has been quite an eye opener for me. I have learned no matter how much you sacrifice or how much work you put into your job, nothing is for certain. So from now on I'm going to be much more careful with my money, and make sure I always have some stuffed away in a bank account somewhere in the event this happens again. It really blows to know you can literally sacrifice so much of your life and remain loyal to a company, yet they can just cut you loose in the blink of an eye. Such is life I guess.
Yeah buddy. Just wait until you have a family and suddenly spending money on yourself is not easy anymore.
