Tein basics don't run shortened bodies? Either way, they don't come with adjustable top hats. So, you'd be on your own for front camber correction. Raising and lowering your car all the time means a lot of trips to the alignment shop, too.
Also be aware that you're going to run into problems grinding the wheels on the frame and various harnesses in the fender wells. That's a free mod though, as long as you have a hammer and a soldering iron.
My brother only has a Pro-kit (-1.5"), and he drags the frame and bumpers constantly! I couldn't imagine it "slammed".
