jza70 swapped 89 targa supra
well i am in need of the money. i really dont want to sell this, but a man has to do what a man has to do. no, dont worry no kids on the way
ok, here goes:
1989 turbo targa 5speed w/abs
fire red(new paint less than a year old)
1jz-gte swap
jza70 fuel pump
torsen 4.10 rear diff
koyo radiator with toms cap
jza70 intercooler
blitz BOV, also has the stock one too
intake filter with velocity stack
Trust 3inch down pipe
3inch test pipe
Greddy SP exhaust(3inch)
jza70 bilstien suspension(lowered a little)
Turbo Boss motor mounts(poly and steel)
RPS stage three six puck clutch w/ resurfaced flywheel
power steering is in but not hooked up(havent had the time to do it or the money for the lines)
AC is off of the car(i have the compressor but no lines or radiator)
new oem brakes
jza70 front crossmember
new ball joints
new radiator mounts
A/F gauge
jza70 momo shift knob
EGT gauge(not installed)
oil pres. gauge (also not installed, i planned on doing the lexus mod)
POWER enterprises timing belt(never installed)
TOMS C7R wheels 17x8,9 (we will have to talk about this)
also have another r154(compleate) and the stock sawblades.
ok, the car is unique, i converted the front to 88 style along with the rear wing(personally i think it looks better).
it has the stock seats(front)
the carpet was removed so i could replace it; the old carpet was screwed. the rear seats are not around any more i planned on putting in a roll cage and fiberglass speaker box back there.
this setup threw down 330 to the wheels on stock boost(never have i raised the boost, for fear of the stock turbos failing)
and a 1/4 mile time of 13.57 with lots of wheel spin and a chirp in 4th. i could be in the 12s with traction, and that is stock trim.
it might have some cams or what not i never checked. from what i have seen 330RWHP is a little high for stock soo......
the car has been drivin no more that 5k miles on the swap. i have been the only one who has drivin her also.
the clip was purched from JARCO so we know the motor is good. i did the swap. also with the car comes the electrical wiring diagram from toyota, ecu pinout documentation, paperwork that shows what every wire in the car is(including all the swapped wires and plugs), and lots of spare parts.
I really dont want to do this but i must
i hate this.
i would like to get around 10k. that might include the toms wheels.
that is a loss for me(not even including the labor i put into it), but givin the current situation i am, so be it.
i am in florida and could arrange to have it shipped if needed.
Thank you all
