For those of you that have not been to Brandon in a while it is not quite the horse town it used to be. Aharon can get in the vicinity of the mall in about 10 minutes which is where you will find about 50 restaurants and countless things to do.
He can also get to south St. Pete in 30 minutes via the skyway which is probably quicker than some of you can get there if you live in north St. Pete. 
Not to mention Riverview itself is one of the quickest growing areas in the county.

Living in BFE Riverview is way more convenient than living in Carrollwood/Northdale area. Instant access to 75, I-4, and the Crosstown makes getting anywhere easy.
