There are powder coatings that replicate a chrome/polished look.
They are not as "shiney" as an actual polished or chromed wheel.

As for price, most shops charge $80+ per wheel.
PM racingtheburg, he does it. And hes in St Pete.

Powder coating is much more durable than paint. If can last a very long time if applied correctly and taken care of properly.
However, it will NOT stand up a curb or other solid objects, and can be "rashed" up.
