I don't have the money to pull that stunt off, just was curious why nobody else with the money had made the attempt. I'm all for staying with top-mount ic's on the wrx unless you decide to build the bottom-end, so that's not what would throw me off the idea. I think it would be more of the tuning, having to change the way the air was measured, stuff like that. I do agree that the tdo4's might end up not being the way to go, but then again, if you got the money to try this, you hopefully have the money to try some t25's or something. There's nothing wrong with trying something different, one of the small reasons i'm pleased i bought a wrx, and like dave said in a post earlier, the boxer setup just looks like its calling for a TT setup. I'm pleased to hear somebody else atleast thought of the idea too 722.
