The S14 alternator is slightly different. The binding post (power terminal) is on the side instead of the back. The post is also larger, so you'll have to cut your S13 ring terminal and make it in to a C terminal. (cut the loop, open it slightly with pliers.)

$1.19 is correct. The S14 iron bracket is for the R134a compressor, which differs from the R12 guy in the S13. Basically, whichever compressor you use, use the corresponding bracket.

I'm not sure about the PS. I used the S13 PS pump on the S14 motor/brackets with no problem. Here's a tip, don't undo the lines for the PS. Just pull the pump off of the motor and rotate it out of the way.
