I just did it about 3 weeks ago. Enthalpy is right, S13 manifolds all the way. On the intake side, I only swapped the plenums, though. Also, you'll want to use both of the S13 water temp sensors (on the coolant elbow) and the S13 distributor. That will git-r-dun with zero wiring. Use the S13 accesories, too (don't know if you even have the S14 ones).
