i think more the issue is how to keep heat IN the exhaust before the turbo, rather than add all the monkey fucking an additional turbo would cause... you would almost have to stay tmic, or a 300zx style fmic to run it, and besides, engine bay space is cramped as hell! The supras actually respond the same if not WORSE with big twins as opposed to a big single. Some of the most powerful supras are on a single i.e Peter Blach, 1137 to the wheels i think? I think he is running either an RPS or SP single turbo and making massive power. The HKS 2835 twins are capable of 700-800 WHP and are nearly 7000 dollars! An SP74 single is under $5000 and can produce the same power with slightly less lag, and FAR less complexity! Turbocharger spoolup is mainly heat, with only like 30% being flow... If the turbo could be closer to the exhaust ports or if there was an efficient way to retain heat in the piping until the exhaust housing, you would most likely be better off... and think, twin tdo4's would then be pushed by 2 cylinders worth of heat and flow, as opposed to 4, so would dealing with additional lag, as well as a compressor that may not be the most efficient, you would go to all this trouble to find out the power from 2 of these turbos may not be greater than something that you could potentially "bolt on" and then you have this labryinth of piping and a greater potential for failure.. However, if you do decide to do this, i think it would be freakin cool, as i thought about this myself, just never had the balls or the capability... Either way, i would like to see it... ya know, just to see
