Don't leave them fuckers on there,the'll start to eat into the paint.Get them off with some kind of bug remover from discount or somewhere,then use clay,should take them off.After your done put a good coat or two of wax on.If you keep it waxed good once a month you will just be able to spray them off with a pressure washer or hose.
