Well assuming that the car was running low 11s, say 11.10s and you dropped to 10.40s that would be less than a second, but still from low 11s to lowish 10s. This is ALL hypothetical, there are too many variables, ie driver, suspension, launch, etc. Just theory.
I would say a shot that small would give 3 tenths MAX at that speed. Only 1 way to find out!
