My parents asked me what I wanted for graduation and I said a sound system, when they asked what kind I showed them. I can't believe they bought them, I assume they payed 1300-1500 for both (looking at retail on some websites). And it will be a sweet system, my brother has three of the w6v2 ( I think 10's) and they hit hard and sound great, the sound impressed me.
He had his friend install the stuff and he lives in New York so that is too far from Tampa IMO to drive to get my stuff installed.

I was planning on a new HU anyhow. After reading on here about needing new/more batteries for your ride so it can handle the wattage I got scared and figured I needed to ask.

Does that sound mat take away from the sound quality or just slow/stop car rattling?

If I do a battery upgrade, what other upgrades will be needed, will that screw up my car's electrical system for any reason if that is even possible?
