If you have the 96 ls harness it should plug in with no trouble That way you can use the dist. and injectors from the 96 engine without having to purchase new ones. I dont think that there are any wiring differences that would affect anything since your not running vtec. Just use the 95 ls ecu since your ecu knows what sensors to look for it wont mind if there are extra sensors there.
