You forgot to mention:
1. The swap is an obd1 swap, hence he will have to have some one wire his obd2a harness with obd1 plugs for an obd1 bseries alternator, obd1 dizzy etc.
2. He can use his obd2a injectors from his sohc b/c they are 240cc peak & hold just like bseries injectors. Hence he will not have to rewire his harness to accept obd1 injectors.
3. He will need a DOHC VTEC delsol ac bracket to retain his ac.
4. He will need a 99-00 civic si rear lower mount bracket & throttle cable etc..
5. He will need a obd2a to obd1 conversion harness to run the obd1 ecu.
6. He will need to wire vtec oil pressure, vtec solenoid, knock sensor. Along with 3 plug to 2 plug IACV & a14 to a12 repining etc.
7. Dohc radiator hoses... the list goes on.

I personally wouldnt run a cable tranny with a hasport conversion. I do not like the setup.

A b16 is torqueless. Unless you plan on going with a 1.8L or 2.0L bottom end down the road I recommend you save your money up for a b18c1 or better
