You will pay more by taking it to an expensive shop.
They will order the motor from a distributor such as hmotorsonline.com or osakajdmmotors.com & they will mark it up.

They will then charge you $600-700 to install the motor & they will keep your old motor ontop of that.

Your best bet is to purchase a obd2a gsr swap from a motor distributor that is well known & have it shipped to a local mechanic that does swaps or a well known person's house that does swaps etc.

Then pay $500-600 to have the motor installed plus the minor parts you need like a rear b16 mount bracket & a delsol dohc vtec ac bracket & a throttle cable etc...
