I will never, ever, in a million years understand why anyone that considers themselves anything remotely close to a car dealer would spout off what cars go for at a
dealer only auction, only to later wonder why they can't sell anything at a profit. Since this is a reveal all thread, Black book wholesale on a 96 Impala SS is $8100 rough, $10,050 average, and $12,200 clean, so I'm sure the ones you are citing were very nice cars

I watch them because I like to buy and sell B-bodies, and no, you're not going to get a
clean average to low miles one around $8000 as you stated above. You may get one with low miles, but cosmetically challenged, or in really great shape with high miles, but very rarely are you going to find great shape, low miles, together on the same car and have it bring anything less than average book. Especially here, this is Florida, dealers fly in from all over the country to buy our cars because of no rust, are you telling me a low mileage Impala SS in good condition isn't even going to bring average wholesale when people from all over the country are bidding on it?
