The standard response is that nothing you do will void your warranty. However, if you do alter/change/mod something and a failure occurs that can be linked to that alteration/change/mod they don't have to cover that warranty claim.
For example, if you were to put a catback exhaust on your car and the A/C stopped working it would get covered. If you change the turbo and blow the engine, get your check book ready.
