well Kris and i got ahold of GE... they are going to take a look at it and fix it for free... if it needs extra work, then there will be a fee, BUT it is VERY cheap... so this is VERY shitty, but we tried to work this out with them... and even though we had NO clue there was anything wrong with this block we are still going to cover shipping for Ron... and like i said in PM Ron, if there is anything else i can do let me know...
