my best friend had a 91 AUTOMATIC ls teggy with ractive exhaust 2.5 piping, aem intake and ricey ass neons with rims
when i was stock he would beat me by a fender everytime
realize around 100 lbs is equal .1 seconds
so lets all do the math
200 hp 3440lbs impala
200 hp 3400lbs carlo ss
160 hp 2300lbs teggy
those look pretty even to me
even though he has slightly less hp, he has way less weight than the other cars
so yes it is normal
